Tetsuro Kasugai started sales of iron pipe fittings
and valve cocks in Itachibori Nishi-ku, Osaka City.
1947
The store was completely destroyed during WWII and the founder,
Tetsuro Kasugai, passed away.
Despite this misfortune, Kane Kasugai initiated
sales activities at Noda Hanshin, Fukushima-ku, Osaka City.
1948
The office relocated to 4-13-9, Shinmachi, Nishi-ku, Osaka City,
a place that holds a lot of memories from before the war.
1952
To meet the business growth,
Kasugai Shouten, Ltd. was incorporated.
1977
Yoshio Kasugai appointed president in place of Kane Kasugai.
1985
Started to manufacture stainless steel standard pipe nipples developed
under the company’s own brand.
1986
Had started procurement globally before competitors did in view of the inevitable trend
for globalization of the economy and laid the foundation for the future globalization of the industry.
1990
Taking the 65th anniversary as a good opportunity changed the company name
from Kasugai Shouten, Ltd. to Kasugai CO., LTD.
1995
Celebrated the 70th anniversary. Kasugai gradually increased overseas
procurement from new sources in addition to the existing supplier base.
1998
Second excellent tax report company award received from Nishi Tax Office.
2002
Akinori Kasugai was appointed president in place of Yoshio Kasugai.
2003
Opened an office in Shanghai, China.
Third excellent tax report company award received from Nishi Tax Office.
2006
Kasugai Corporation of America was incorporated.
2007
Jiangyin Shengda Brite Line Kasugai Flange Co.,Ltd was incorporated.
2008
Opened a sales office in Fukuoka.
Change the Shanghai office to the independent company, Kasugai Shanghai Corporation Ltd.
Fourth excellent tax report company award received from Nishi Tax Office.
2010
Opened a sales office in Kitakyusyu.
2011
Opened a sales office in Nagoya.
2013
Opened a sales office in Kyoto.
Fifth excellent tax report company award received from Nishi Tax Office.
2015
Opened a sales office in Syunan.
Celebrated its 90th anniversary.
2016
Opened a sales office in Tokyo,and a warehouse in Chiba.
2019
Sixth excellent tax report company award received from Nishi Tax Office.
2023
Seventh excellent tax report company award received from Nishi Tax Office.
